Getting real with addiction

Addiction is still addiction even without the substances and we all have the ability to become addicted to a behavior. Shawn exposes us to the idea of behavioral addiction, while emphasizing the importance of empathy and understanding. The truth about addiction lies in the underlying issues that drive people toward that behaviour, such as coping with anxiety or hiding low self-esteem.

Take control of your addiction.
